Mansour knew the way to a healthy life was cultivating a fit mind and body.

But after exhausting all other options for improving his health and fitness, he was ready to try something radically different.

He lost 18lbs (8kg) halved his body fat levels down to a super-lean 10%, and even added 6lbs of lean mass.

“It’s astonishing. Honestly, I never thought that I would even come close to looking like I do now. 

“That wasn’t even a goal of mine, I just wanted to see how a little bit of personal training would help me, and then I felt very motivated to continue as I saw the results and something I plan on sustaining moving forward.

“I feel great. I feel a lot more healthy, confident, and energetic. A lot better than how I felt before I started, for sure.”  

What started as a journey of curiosity, ended with life lessons Mansour will take forward.

“The main thing I took away from it is just how to accomplish any sort of goal, you have to be committed, dedicated, and disciplined to it.
